نحن في شركة منظور تنموي نحترم خصوصية موظفينا ومستخدمي تطبيقنا. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمع واستخدام وحماية معلوماتك الشخصية أثناء استخدامك لتطبيقنا الخاص بإدارة الحضور والانصراف.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها
- بيانات الموقع الجغرافي: يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى موقعك الجغرافي فقط أثناء استخدام التطبيق للحظات تسجيل الحضور والانصراف للتحقق من النطاق الجغرافي المسموح به. نحن لا نقوم بتتبع موقعك في الخلفية، ولا نحتفظ بسجل تحركاتك المستمرة.
- بيانات الحساب: يتم ربط التطبيق بحسابك الوظيفي المسجل لدينا في نظام أودو، ويتم عرض بياناتك الأساسية مثل الاسم، المسمى الوظيفي، وساعات العمل.
2. المصادقة البيومترية
يستخدم التطبيق تقنية المصادقة المحلية المدعومة من نظام تشغيل هاتفك مثل Face ID أو Touch ID للتأكد من هويتك عند تسجيل الحضور.
- نحن لا نقوم بجمع أو تخزين أو إرسال أي بيانات بيومترية إلى خوادمنا.
- تتم عملية المطابقة بالكامل وبشكل آمن داخل هاتفك فقط.
3. الكاميرا والصور
التطبيق لا يطلب صلاحيات الوصول إلى الكاميرا أو معرض الصور الخاص بك، ولا يقوم بجمع أي صور أو وسائط من جهازك.
4. مشاركة البيانات
بياناتك آمنة تمامًا. جميع البيانات المتداولة عبر التطبيق يتم تشفيرها وإرسالها حصريًا إلى خوادم الشركة الداخلية لإدارة شؤون الموظفين. نحن لا نشارك أو نبيع أو نرسل بياناتك إلى أي أطراف خارجية أو جهات إعلانية.
5. حذف الحساب والبيانات
نظرًا لأن هذا التطبيق مخصص لإدارة شؤون الموظفين داخل الشركة، لا يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه الوظيفي مباشرة من داخل التطبيق. إذا كنت ترغب في حذف بياناتك أو إيقاف حسابك، يرجى التواصل مع إدارة الموارد البشرية بالشركة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة عبر النظام الداخلي.

At Manzor Tanmawi, we highly respect the privacy of our employees and app users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our attendance management application.
Information We Collect and How We Use It
- Location Data: The app requests access to your location only while using the app to verify that you are within the authorized geographical perimeter during check-in and check-out. We do not track your location in the background, nor do we keep a continuous log of your movements.
- Account Data: The app connects to your official company account on our Odoo system to display basic information such as your name, job title, and working hours.
Biometric Authentication
The app uses your device’s native local authentication technology such as Face ID or Touch ID to verify your identity before check-in and check-out.
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any biometric data to our servers.
- The matching process happens entirely and securely on your local device.
Camera and Photos
The app does not request access to your camera or photo gallery, and it does not collect any images or media from your device.
Data Sharing
Your data is kept secure. All information handled by the app is encrypted and transmitted directly to the company’s internal servers for HR management purposes. We do not share, sell, or transmit your data to any external third parties or advertisers.
Account and Data Deletion
As this is an enterprise application for employee management, users cannot delete their accounts directly from the app. If you wish to delete your data or deactivate your account, please contact the Human Resources department to process the request through the internal system.
